Turning and turning in the widening gyre

Polaris is in the middle of the picture. The pictures with star trail make a great show and make Polaris findable on the picture.

Polaris, or the polar star is a star near the celestial north pole. It is in the little bear constellation.

The magnitude of the star is +2, so it is not the brightest star.

Observation[]

You can use the pointors, from Big Dipper. They point the polar star.

Photos[]

We need a more professional camera for picture of Polaris.
